Welcome to the Sing For Your Life! Choir
The Sing For Your Life! Choir is a community choir based in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Since starting up in 2005 with about a dozen members, we now have more than 100 singers regularly rehearsing and performing together.
We are an a cappella choir, which means we sing unaccompanied (no instruments; just voices), and we sing mainly gospel, African and other uplifting songs.
We are open to anyone who would like to come and sing with us - no auditions, no sheet music, and no stress! To find out more about coming to sing with us, click on 'Join the Choir' in the menu above. You'll be made to feel welcome - we're a pretty relaxed and happy bunch!

Temporary relocation for North Hobart group
Posted: 11 March 2012
The North Hobart group will be temporarily relocating while the church at Swan Street undergoes a major redevelopment. Our 'home' for the rest of 2012 will be the Tabor College auditorium, at the rear of 45 Melville Street, Hobart (between Argyle and Elizabeth Streets). Wednesday sessions will still be 6pm-7.30pm. Please note that access to the auditorium is via a set of stairs - and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. It's a temporary shift and in the longer term we'll return to North Hobart where there is level access for anyone with mobility issues.
